In our plant, we carry out trials with different ingredients and produce food prototypes under semi-industrial conditions. We have pilot equipment similar to those found in manufacturing plants, in order to adjust the formulas and production processes as much as possible, so that the results can be extrapolated to other industries. Our plant is multi-purpose in order to provide service to different industries, particularly meat, dairy, sauces, pre-cooked products, bakery and confectionery. These are our lines of work:
Development of formulas

Assessment of ingredients
