Typology of ethanolamines

As a group, it is a water-soluble viscous liquid that in its pure state can freeze at room temperature.

We offer Monoethanolamine, Diethanolamine and Triethanolamine and different dilutions with low freezing grades.

The most common dilutions are: Monoethanolamine (MEA) sol 80, 85, Diethanolamine (DEA) solution 85 and Triethanolamine (TEA) solution 85 with a lower grade of freezing which facilitates handling, reducing viscosity and freezing point.

Sectors of application for Ethanolamines

Ethanolamines are bifunctional molecules containing both amine and alcohol functional groups and are therefore capable of undergoing reactions in both groups.

Many of their diverse industrial applications are based on these characteristics.

Due to their versatile chemical properties, ethanolamines are used in a number of industries such as detergency, cosmetics, construction, metal treatment, adhesives, solvents, agrochemicals, gas treatment.
